Please be aware that we will bill all recurring charges in advance.
Recurring charges include your voice and data charges as well as
calling features. The Service Details section of the bill will itemize
each charge and the date range it was billed. Below is an example of
how a recurring charge might appear on your monthly bill for September
with a billing cut-off of September 27th.

All usage is billed in arrears for your account. One time charges are billed when the charges are incurred.
About Your First Bill
On your first bill from Madison River, you will be invoiced for charges from your in-service date to the end of your current billing cycle as well as billed in advance for your recurring charges for the upcoming cycle. For example, a customer begins service on September 15. His billing cycle cut-off is September 27th. His call forwarding charge will appear as:

The charges include a prorated charge of $1.40 from 9/15/02 to 9/27/02 and a charge of $3.25 from 9/28/02 to 10/27/02. Billing cycle dates may vary depending upon your location.
Along with prorated charges and billing in advance for recurring charges, one time fees associated with your install normally appear on the first bill as well. Madison River Communications always bills usage in arrears.
